Here you can purchase a "hard copy" textbook for all of the subjects you are enrolled in. One of the main reason students purchase a hard copy textbook is because they feel it will assist them in the learning process e.g. They do not always have access to the internet and want to be able to read materials without access to a computer. The costs of the books is kept to a minimum (covers the cost of printing and handling) and you can even purchase "combo packs" for the Cert IV and Diploma courses, saving you even more money.
Of course you can still read and print your textbook for the subjects you are enrolled in at Books Online. FIA is the only fitness course provider in Australia to offer such a service and the fact that we have a specific textbook written by your lecturer for every single subject makes us truly unique. Having your book online also allows us to pass on the cost savings from printing to our students (keeps our course fees very competitive) and most importantly books online helps FIA in reducing their carbon footprint (see reducing our carbon footprint at books online).
Please note: Only students currently enrolled in a subject can purchase the textbook for that subject. If you are enrolled in the subject the book is also available as part of your course fees at students online/books online and can be printed and/or viewed there (per chapter/module), this process does involve some online quizzes as part of the learning process.
Important Points:
- Please choose carefully, no exchange or refund will be given for any textbook purchase.
- By ordering and paying for a book at this store you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this purchase.
- You can only purchase a book for the subject you are enrolled in and you can only ever purchase one book for any one subject.
- You can only purchase the required book for the subject you are currently enrolled in.
- You cannot purchase the required book for a subject, once that subject has been completed.
- Supplement manuals are distributed (free) as hard copy materials and are included as part of the relevant course, subject, elective fees (they are not offered here).
