Obtaining this scholarships means that I am able to improve my sporting knowledge further through a very knowledgeable institute and then be able to pass this knowledge and experience onto everyday people who need assistance in improving their quality of life.

What courses have you completed with FIA so far?

I am currently completing my Certificate III in Fitness and cannot wait to start on Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer course.

Why did you want to complete this type of study and how do you think you will use it?

Ever since getting involved in the sporting world I have loved every minute of it. When leaving school I was never sure of what I really wanted to do but since getting involved in exercising (sports) due to rehabilitation, I found it to be my calling. I wish to pursue it professionally and eventually work within a sporting institute, gym or even within hospitals working with disabled people, elderly or children.

Other than rowing and completing the FIA scholarship are you also engaged in other work or study?

Not at this stage just training full time.

What are your career goals after sport?

At the completion of my professional sporting career I would like to continue to pursue a career within the sporting community as a personal trainer marketing or nutrition fields.
