Fitness Forum - Personal Trainers Library

As a member you will have access to the Members Online section of this website where you will find the complete collection of all Fitness Forum articles.

Each Fitness Forum Article is an up-to-date and relevant article for fitness trainers, based on our regular "face to face" fitness forums. All the (CEC's) you require for re registration can be gained by simply having a membership with FIA. Why pay for expensive fitness workshop and/or fitness conferences. FIA makes it very cost effective to maintain your instructor registration. If you complete a full certificate course with FIA we will give you 12 months membership, meaning you can accumulate all the CECs you require for re-registration FREE!

How it works :

* You can complete the quiz at anytime and you are given instant feedback regarding the result.

* After successfully completing the quiz your CEC will be available for viewing at Academic history.

* You will then receive within 5 working days your official letter that can be used for re-registration with Fitness Australia.

* Please ensure you check/update your personal details at Manage Account, as this is where your letter will be sent. If the letter has to be resent and admin fee will apply.

* Each quiz is based on a different topic and a selection of diverse articles about that topic.

* It takes most people approximately two hours to read the 10 research review articles and answer the quiz, approximately 1 hour (varies) for the fitness forum articles.

* You are given 20 minutes to answer a quiz. The passing grade is 90%.

* We do not disclose the answers to questions that you may answer incorrectly, but you can retake the exam as many times as you like (even if you pass it).

* Please do not login using someone else's loginname and password. The CEC will only be awarded under the name of the membership and is not transferable.

* CEC’s Online is a membership service paid for by members, so if you would like to use the quizzes, we invite you to join the site and become a member and tell a friend!
